West Side Story

this show was wonderful, maria and tony were perfect, and natalie cortez is the perfect Anita. The orchestra was wonderful, and so was the singing and dancing. One thing that really struck me was how great the set was. The whole production seamlessly moved from scene to scene, and I was left wishing I could see this masterpiece again. So before time runs out, make sure it is made a priority to see to wonderful piece of theatre that you won't forget.

I loved it sooooooooooo much and I love the movie and the musical made me love the story even more! My favorite part was officer Krumpke! I was in awe when this musical started and I recommend it to everyone! I am 12 and I love preforming and this show made me want to get up on the stage and sing and dance with them!

The crowning achievement of Bernstein and Soundheim, and probably the greatest , creative, musical collaboration of the second half of the 20th century...The music and story will grab at your soul and not let go...It took hold of me after seeing the title on the palace marquis, and never let go

I went on a trip to see this with my school at the Palace Theater and it was AMAZING! I would love to see it again, too bad it is ending early 2011. The orchestra, dancing, singing, and everything else was amazing! Loved every second of it, not a boring moment at all. I recommend all to see!

I loved watching the West side Story with my english class, but most of all i loved Kyle Harris playing as Tony . He is a great actor, but The whole cast was AMAZING!!!!!! I hope you can come back with another amazing hit in San Francisco!!!!!

If you have never heard "Tonight" then you must see this excelent musical. A journey like no other!!!!. The music and especially the choreagraphy made me jump out of my seat and dance along. During my first time seeing the movie and now the musical, i felt like i became part of the miraculus broadway cast!!!

I saw the tour premiere in Detroit, MI and it was amazing. The choreography was beautiful. The voices blew me away, especially Kyle Harris' voice. This show is a must see!! Get tickets today!!

If you have not seen West Side Story I have just one thing to ask you, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? This is a must see in person to know what I am talking about this is and always will be my favorite Movie and Play. It touches you in way no other can or will. I dare you to not cry when Tony and Maria sing Some Where it will bring you to tears. So hurry before it go's away and you miss you chance.

WSS has been my favorite musical since being introduced to it when we performed it in high school. WSS on Broadway was the first and only (so far) musical I have ever seen on Broadway. I could not have been happier when I found out that when I was going to NYC for the first time that West Side Story was back where it started! It would not have been right if I was in New York and not able to see my all-time favorite musical. From the second the lights dimmed and I heard the first note, I had tears in my eyes. I loved to hear the Spanish being spoken so much by the Sharks, it made the story much more realistic and dramatic. The performers are all spot-on with every step and every note. It is heart-pounding excitement and fully fascinating from first note to last. Costumes and sets were very well done and wonderfully completed the experience. If you have not experienced West Side Story, what better place than where it all began to do so? I hope I get the chance to visit the city again, and when I do, I know I will be taking in this experience again! Thank you so much for making my first time in NYC something I will never ever want to forget!

Ever since I listened to the music for the first time in 6th grade in my music class, I was in love. The moment the orchestra played, (what I think is a G being played by brass instruments) tears were about to fall from my eyes. It was pure beauty. I loved hearing the Sharks talk in Spanish, the costumes (my favorite was Anita's purple dress), the choreography made me want to just jump from my seat and dance along, The singers were flawless and their voices were heavenly, I laughed, cried and wanted to see it again. I loved this new interpretation!

Simply magnificent! And to see the sight of the incredible dancing, the brilliant orchestra, and the gorgeous singing....live and on stage, it was something I will never forget. I visited NYC for the first time this year, and was lucky to see a broadway play. But to see the GOLD STANDARD of a lengendary broadway musical? Once in a lifetime!

It was so incredible to see this show on Broadway. The dancing is amazing and the singing -- beautiful!

This was one of the most uplifting experiences of my life.
