Is there a ticket lottery available for front-row seats?
Two and a half hours prior to most performances, patrons are invited to enter a lottery for a limited number of $26.50 front-row tickets. Limit one entry per person, and two tickets per entry.

Names will be drawn at random two hours prior to curtain time. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and show valid ID to purchase tickets.

Tickets can be purchased from the box office in cash only.

Is there an age limit for the show?
We recommend ages 13 and up. West Side Story contains some mature situations. Children under the age of four are not permitted in the theatre.

What do I wear to a Broadway show?
There is no specific dress code. Formal attire is not required.

What is the running time of the show?
2 hours and 40 minutes, including one 15 minute intermission.

How can I get to the theatre using public transportation?
By Bus: Take the M104, M10, M27/M50 or M7 bus.
By Subway: Take the 1, 9, C or E train to 50th Street.
Take the 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, N, R or S train to Times Square.
Take the A, C or E to Port Authority.

Is parking available near the theatre?
Lots are available in the area for a nominal fee. Metered parking is also available on the street.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?
Doors open 30 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time.

Is there handicap accessibility and other access for persons with disabilities?
